I would love to make it, but the Marscapone cheese is so difficult to find in Omaha. Who knew that specialty cheeses were so hard to come by?

Let me tell you...not only did it look freakin' impressive (and really - it's only whipped cream and chocolate curls on top), but it was TO DIE FOR!!!
I tried like heck to get a good picture of my dessert - but I couldn't get the right lighting, and gave up. No worries though, because I treated myself to a new camera this weekend...one that I will be extra careful with!!!
